By submitting the referral, you have agreed that your referral is aware that they will be contacted by ABC.

Your referee will indicate indicate your full name and email on the various forms in order for you to be eligible for any referral bonus.

The referral will only be considered once the referee has registered and paid in full and the refund period has elapsed.

The referee can be referred only once however, there is no limit to how many, as a referrer, can refer.

Referees cannot be existing customers or leads of ABC. Duplicate contacts will be actioned based on the first received submission.

Eligibility for bonuses will be reviewed by ABC and you will follow the instructions in the email from ABC to claim bonuses, including but not limited to filling out all relevant paperwork before you can receive the bonuses within 30 business days after receiving such email, or you forfeit the right to receive the bonuses.

ABC reserves the right to withhold, deduct, or deny referral bonuses obtained through the referral program in the event that ABC determines or believes that the receipt of the referral bonus was in error, fraudulent, illegal, or in violation of these referral program terms and conditions.

ABC shall reclaim or claw back bonuses paid for services returned for a refund at any time from those who have received such bonus.

ABC in its sole discretion, reserves the right to modify the available payment methods or payout schedule at any time. Such changes shall take effect when posted.

The following activities are not permitted in the referral program:

o    Spamming. “Spamming” anyone with invitations to join the ABC community is not permitted and ABC will remain compliant with CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, and other applicable laws at all times.

o    Use of scripts, programs, or automatic dialers. Creating or using any script, program, bots, predictive dialers, or other automated systems to facilitate the sending of invitations or communications to any person is not permitted.

o    Misrepresentations. Making any misrepresentations concerning ABC or the characteristics or qualification requirements for any referral bonus is not permitted. As ABC may change the characteristics or qualification requirements for the referral bonus at its discretion, representing any fixed characteristics (e.g., amount of credit, expiration date) is not permitted.

o    Advertising. Paying to advertise the referral program, including but not limited to on Google, Facebook, Twitter, Bing and Craigslist, is not permitted for any persons not directly employed by ABC.

o    Fraud or abuse. Defrauding or abusing (or attempting to defraud or abuse) ABC, the terms of the ABC student referral program, or any invited users is not permitted.

If any of these restrictions are violated, ABC may, at its discretion, remove your eligibility to participate in the referral program, and/or deny you any referral bonus earned in violation of, or suspected violation of, these restrictions.

All ABC promotions run for a limited time only, and are subject to change at ABCs discretion.

You agree that you have read and that at no time in the future you will dispute the acknowledgment of the terms and conditions, including the FAQ of the ABC Referral Program.

ABC Education Group reserves the right of final interpretation for ABC Referral Program Terms and Conditions.
